Earn 1 point per £0.01 spend (or 100 points per £1)
Points expires if unused for 2 years


If you forgot to bring your purehmv card when you made the purchase, you have the option to validate your receipt on the HMV website
You can only validate receipts for purchases made within the last 30 days


Points can be used to redeem rare and exclusive rewards or for money off credits (a £20 credit will cost 70000 points)
Money off credits can only be used in-store apart from the Harrods and Selfridges stores

Latest development:
21/01/2013 - Deloitte the administrator has now confirmed HMV vouchers will be accepted.
14/01/2013 - HMV has entered into administration and is longer accepting gift cards and vouchers. For the time being, HMV continues to trade.
29/10/2012 - The "validate a receipt" option on HMV is currently unavailable. You will need to contact customer service and they will require some details from the receipt and your purehmv card number so they can manually add the points onto your account.
